When it comes to choosing someone to do the work, everyone knows someone, referrals came in like the leak in my roof. But after being overwhelmed with recommendations I went with someone I know, as anyone would, even tho he recently got into storm restoration sales, Austin C, to me … has always been an honest guy, lives in the shoes of the consumer and after going back and forth with my insurance company like a newly married couple would over dinner options, the guys at KM... got the “good neighbor” to go from saying one thing to keep in their word. I was excited to work with this company given their online reviews. However, the company overall is either overwhelmed with inquiries or just disorganized- maybe both. Over the course of two months I called 2-3 times before I was able to schedule an appt for an estimate. After the estimator came out I was told that I would receive a quote in a week+. That didn’t happen. Over the course of 4-6 weeks I followed up another 3-4 times with no call backs. When I was able to talk... to their receptionist, she was very kind, and assured me each time that either she or one of the managers would call me back. This never happened. I gave up. I’m not running down a business to spend money.read more

If you decide to have this company side/gutter your house, I urge you to go somewhere else. The roof went great and without a hitch. When it came to the siding there were huge gaps between what was expected and what was delivered. The communication/planning gaps were non stop and with the overall quality of install was terrible. Jagged cuts, j channel falling off, and photoed you can see where the facia was damaged where it met the siding before. I was told “it’s fine.” An... absolute nightmare and the most cash I’ve ever spent.read more

I had a leak in our roof. KM came out quickly to diagnose and correct the issue. Since it was minor, they decided not to charge for the visit. Will definitely call again anytime I need their services!

Had some damage to our roof and reached out to this company for an estimate. They asked to email pictures which I did, and we booked and appointment. I was home all day yesterday. Nobody showed up and nobody called. What a complete waste of time! Now that I have your attention via Google Reviews you might want to update your office phone number on your google listing to match. Also, if you have a guy named Victor that works for you, he never showed up. I asked if I had the... right place before booking because I called several places before this one.read more

I'd highly recommend KM Construction. Ziggy and his team were superb -- professional, responsive and extremely competent in all aspects of the project. I had them install a new roof, Hardie board siding and new gutters in the spring/summer of 2021. I'm extremely happy with the work they did. I won't hesitate to hire them for additional work in the future

Km construction was amazing with the installation of our new roof. From the very beginning, they where very professional and informative in the entire process. After several quotes from other companies, it gets frustrating finding the right one. Trusting the right company with a new roof can be challenging, but I was extremely fortunate to have found KM Construction. The Glenwood shingles look amazing!

They answered the phone which isn't a common occurrence these days and were able to collaborate with another contracting service to do a quick roof repair a few days later at a specified time. I needed gutters to prevent our asphalt driveway from getting ruts under the roof line. I was having a new driveway put in and KM pushed forward my installation in order accommodate the driveway excavation and re-installation. I was very happy with their prompt service and professionalism.

Victor was wonderful to do business with. We had storm damage to our siding. He came out the same day we called. He was informative and responsive whenever we had questions.
