KM Construction Inc. installs all new vents and flashings on every new roof installation. Installing these new vents and flashings is to ensure your roofing system is effectively breathing and protecting you from the elements. Each warranty is fully transferable and gives you peace of mind for 50 years on labor and material for any manufacturer defect.

The warranty also comes with a 10 or 25-year workmanship guarantee backed by the manufacturer.
